"Would you stop doing that?" Tuomas asked in what would normally have been a shout, but at the moment he was relaxed enough that he didn't really feel like raising his voice that loud. There was still an undercurrent of irritation there, though, and he raised his glass to take another sip, a bit smaller this time.

At hearing that his proposal would be accepted probably no matter what, Tuomas grinned and raised his glass in sort of a toast to mid air, a grin on his lips. "Finally...a chance to do my work the right way..."

"...." Aasim didn't bother responding, once again. He did stop clicking the cog in his throat, though. It's not like his master scared him. Rather, it mildly surprised him that Tuomas did not care that his efforts on his proposal was going to waste. Didn't he hate wasting time for work that he doesn't have to do?

...Maybe not. At least he gets what he's wanted for a while now. Descent. Aasim has contemplated how it would be on the surface...Maybe. He has mused about it once or twice, when he had almost absolutely nothing to do--it sure wasn't a priority on his mind. Aasim checked the time again.

"9:11:48, sir," He informed automatically.

"Right, time to get going," Tuomas muttered to himself as Aasim read off the time, glancing down at the remaining portion of his drink before downing it all at once. Then, picking up his pile of papers he screeched his chair back away from the table, jogging down the hallway to the living room, sticking his head in the door.

"Hey sis? I'm heading out, I should be back before dinner time...Oh! I'm taking your robot, is that okay?"

Lillimi looked from her glorious dusting job, smiling brightly and waving her brother off.

"Buh-bye, Tuu-Tuu! I hope the permissions-guy approves!" She went back to her ritual cleansing after, that, adding an absent "Go ahead!" without really listening to the request.

Then, it hit her later. "Wait...Tuomas? You're taking Aassy? That's fine, but...Aassy's not a robot! He's family!"

Aasim wasn't sure whose side he's on for this little conflict. Probably the side that gets away the quickest. Most likely Tuomas, since that's who he's following for now.
